Congress MLA slaps cop, gets one back in return

Congress MLA from Dalhousie and All India Congress Committee (AICC) secretary Asha Kumari on Friday courted a controversy after she slapped a woman constable outside the party office in Shimla. Not ready to hold back, the constable slapped her back and this was caught on camera by bystanders.
