Vikas and Vilamb are two ideologies working in the nation, says PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said each nation has a different ideology but people in India are seeing two ideologies – vilamb (delay) and vikas (development). Prime Minister Narendra Modi was in Mandi during the launch of 287 investment projects worth Rs 28,197 crore during the second groundbreaking ceremony of industrial investment and celebrations of four years of Jai Ram government.
