Jack Black to Receive Comedic Genius Honor at MTV Movie and TV Awards

The 2022 MTV Movie and TV Awards will honor comedy actor Jack Black with a Comedic Genius Award. Black will be only the fifth person to receive the award, which will be presented at this year’s ceremony that will be broadcast live on June 5, as someone who has made a significant contribution to comedy in their career. Having been known for movies such as School of Rock, Kung Fu Panda and the recent Jumanji movies, and providing a lot of entertainment via social media apps such as Tiktok, Black is very much deserving of the accolade.
