Setback to aircraft lessors: NCLAT upholds Go First bankruptcy proceedings

Lessors will not be able to repossess their aircraft from Go First for now. The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) on Monday upheld National Company Law Tribunal’s (NCLT) May 10 order admitting the Wadia Group airline’s application seeking initiation of voluntary insolvency proceedings.
