IndiGo launches AI chatbot, 6Eskai, powered by GPT-4 technology in collaboration with Microsoft. The bot efficiently addresses customer queries in 10 languages and simplifies the booking process. It reduces customer service agent workload by 75%. The bot has 1.7 trillion parameters and mimics human behavior, responds to emotions, and adds humor. It can perform various tasks like booking tickets, applying discounts, web check-ins, seat selection, and connecting customers with agents.
