Akhilesh Yadav 'unlikely' to join Congress's Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra

Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Akhilesh Yadav announced on Wednesday that he is unlikely to participate in Congress' "Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra" led by Rahul Gandhi. During a press conference held at the party office in Lucknow, Yadav stated, "Neither the Congress nor the BJP extends invitations to us for their programs." The SP chief launched yatra aimed at reaching the villages and connecting with the backwards, Dalits, and minority communities, particularly Muslims. He also tried to corner the BJP government.
